We simply shudder at the thought of you referring to our product as granola, only because it's so much more than that. But for all intents and purposes, we understand the basic human need to be able to identify with a product. So, we surrender. But we have to place a handle on it; we'll refer to as gourmet granola. That is the least we can do. With one taste, you'll understand why.  

NUTTY GRANOLA—  This tasty trio contains pistachios, almonds and cashews! It’s got every thing from raisins to banana chips and a hint of coconut sweetened with pure honey.

PLAIN OLE FANCY— Its name says it all. This one’s for all those folks that believe in just keeping it simple. Packed with several kinds of nuts including the “fancy” ones like Brazilian and filbert.  This “Ole” treat will hit the spot. 

AWESOME APPLE—  Awesome! This pecan based treat contains apple pieces and raisins. Sweetened with pure maple syrup. You gotta taste it to believe it.

KATIE’S CHEW— If you’re thinking smorgasbord you’re thinking Katie’s. It’s got cranberries, cherries, pistachios, and almonds. Do we need to say more?

PEANUT BUTTER — All natural peanut butter mixed with honey and banana. Simply wonderful! Who would have "thunk" it?

NEW ONE’S— What do you get when you mix cashews, plantain chips, pineapple pieces and a smidgen of coconut.? The New One’s of course! You’ll love em. 

IN THE RAW - Now you can purchase our granola raw and add your own sweetener when ever you're ready. You can bake a little bit at a time or make the entire batch at once. It's your world, have it like you want.

VEGAN BANANA NUT BREAD - This moist loaf is simply delicious! It contains simple ingredients like organic turbinado cane sugar, real bananas and a boat load of walnuts. This bread is sure to please and it's a snack you can feel good about.  

VEGAN COOKIES - So, you've had one vegan peanut butter cookie, you've had em all. Not so, trust me. From what we've been told, our PB cookies are to die for, but in a good healthy kinda way.

GOURMET HUMMUS - Well, you can't be great at everything, but with this unique blend of spices and top notch ingredients like cold pressed olive oil, this hummus will take your taste buds by surprise. Don't say we didn't warn you.  FYI, great for parties!

We've learned that eating right doesn't have to mean compromising taste. Nor does it have to mean eating bland food with no pizzazz. On the contrary! With a little hard work and lot of imagination we've discovered a way to make foods with all natural   healthy ingredients that are good for your body and yummy for your tummy! Yeah, we know it SOUNDS corny, but kinda cute we're thinkin. The point is, FGS has found creative ways to ensure that you are not only getting foods that are tasty, but also include ingredients that are downright good for you.  For instance, although it cuts into our profit margin, we use sweeteners such as maple syrup, agave nectar and brown rice syrup because research shows that such sweeteners do not spike the glycemic index (goes into your blood stream slower), a very important element for the health conscious individual, but particularly important for those suffering from certain diseases like diabetes.
